[opendtv] Report on DVB-H reception tests

Speeds "approaching Mach 1" are no longer mentionned in it, but a range
of speeds between 110 and 640 km/h has been achieved, depending on the
chosen parameters.

Bitrate is not readily given in each case, but i suppose it can be
worked out from the tables present in the document or the official DVB-H
specs.
