Problem with this is that the local broadcasters
have no true clout, i.e. clout that isn't just a
de jure, other than the content they happen to
carry and people happen to want.
People care about content. You've said this
yourself many times. Local broadcasters already
try to fight the content creators, with national
caps and must-carry laws.
What's this new NAB going to offer that's
different?
