THIS BROADCASTER is NOT neglecting OTA.

Studies like this (<http://www.emarketer.com/Article.aspx?1003197>) 
illustrate what WE know. People watch network TV more than anything 
else. Local television IS all about building around the network offering 
with local content matched to the market. Chances are that if someone is 
watching network TV, they are watching us!
