And once again, John was NOT PAYING ATTENTION.The screen on the iPhone is dynamic. The orientation changes depending on the application, and in some cases it can be used in either landscape or portrait mode - e.g. the web browser. But for video it is ALWAYS in landscape mode - 480 wide by 360 high.
