Cliff,Here are some possible causes of your Philadelphia reception woes. If Baltimore signals are stronger than Philadelphia signals, I would expect that Washington stations might also affect your reception, if on the same channel as a Philadelphia station and at greater power, even if not as much as a Baltimore station. This sort of problem should resolve itself after analog cutoff.
Take a look at how many Philadelphia digital stations might be affected (I ignored the Phila analog stations which might be affected):
KWY-DT Ch 26 770 KW and WETA-TV Washington at 2.29 MW WPSG-DT Ch 32 250 KW and WHUT-TV Washington at 5 MW WYBE-DT Ch 34 500 KW and WUSA-DT Washington at 1 MW WIXF-DT Ch 42 305 KW and WMPT-DT Annapolis at 150 KW WPHL-DT Ch 54 500 KW and WNUV-TV Baltimore at 5 MWAre those the Phildelphia stations that are giving you problems? Perhaps WIXF-DT is okay, but WPHL-DT is certainly a candidate. I'd expect in all these cases that your AGC to be clamping down some, preventing good reception of Philadelphia stations.
