I agree with this, and apparently the Dutch government does too. Transition, then re-evaluate where OTA TV distribution stands a few years down the road. The only motivation I can understand for the pessimism is from those who want to grab TV spectrum for other purposes that they consider more lucrative for themselves. That's fair enough, as long as there's some pushback from those who own this slice of spectrum (we, the people).
