I don't understand what you want?  You want an actual model number? 
 Okay.  Here's one:

Sharp LC-13B4US

It is a 4:3 640x480 TV.  It is counted by CEA as a DTV.  It is not 
widescreen.  It is not HDTV.  It is in the CEA DTV figures.
