[opendtv] Re: News: FCC: White Spaces Test "Well Done and Thorough"

Problem is, what do we (not us personally, but us as in the universal anyone) believe in? Just because one is committed to a belief does not make it right. I am certain that Hitler believed what he stated (and showed) he believed in. I am sure Obama believes what he believes in (would be nice to know what that is...but that is for another forum...).

Facts and universal truths do matter. Problem is, we (as a people) have become lazy in every imaginable way. We want our facts to come as 'sound bites', our food from a drive through, and our salvation from simple thoughts. Kinda like the Romans... Who will rise up and save this world?

Well, once again, I digress...

Certainly in Washington, there are few that feed on the facts, and many that feed at the troughs of the highest bidder (because they believe that way they personally win). That is one of the many things that I believe, and one of the few most people will argue, not that arguing solves the problem.

Today, facts do not matter. Only beliefs.
