This is how DVB-T "just works." It works because installers have half a
clue.

Really, that IEEE audio clip I posted some time back was an eye opener.
It seems inconceivable to me that such a confused piece would be posted
on an IEEE site, even. And yes, the FCC call-in lines will be busy on
Feb 18th.
