They sound like all you need to do is pack in as many "main channels" as you can, whether that means 6 SD or two HD, and your job is done. Wow, what spectrum savings. What about the multicasts? What about M/H? It is patently obvious that they have no clue as to the improvement DTV brought on the FOTA landscape. They seem content to go back to a FOTA that offers no more than the old analog system. The comments to the article are good, though.
