No, the chromaticity coordinates are nothing to do with intensity or
luminance, they are purely colour. I can postulate phosphors at equal
luminance or intensity, in which case the chromaticity differences in the
table are insignificant (i.e. not visible). Luminance or intensity
differences occur only when you try to create those chromaticities with
real-world phosphors, then those with the lower saturations (i.e. nearer to
white-balance) will probably be more efficient and/or capable of higher
brightnesses. But the chromaticity coordinates alone do not point to that,
only to the colour differences themselves, which, as we keep saying, are
miniscule in any scale.
