[opendtv] NAB instructions for the switch to DTV

Strange.

The NAB seems unaware of the fact that DTT STBs have been around for
many years already. They are telling us to wait for 2008.

"DTV converter boxes will be available for purchase in early 2008, and
are expected to cost between $50 and $70."

How about saying, "Or you can buy an HDTV box now, which offers HD
quality, but at a higher price?"
