Bingo! Same problem with trying to feed a 103-inch 16:9 1920 x 1080 plasma and a 2.5-inch 4:3 320 x 240 iPod. Analog TV might be going away, but differing aspect ratios, resolutions, color gamuts, and transfer characteristics will be with us for a long time to come. It's not a new problem, though. When NBC broadcast "How to Marry a Millionaire," they had to put on a home TV screen a movie intentionally shot to be different from a home TV screen. Welcome to my world.
