So, even a proponent such as you WOULD NOT make this a business.  I don't
know of anybody that dropped their old phone for a more expensive one that
took pictures.  And, I don't think that cell phone cameras are much of a
business.  I'm not talking about extreme use:  I am truly interested in the
idiots that think that mobile TV will be a business in our lifetimes,
because I want to know how fool's gold is mined.

Who cares?  Does not cell phone sales NOW exceed DTV sales IN ANY COUNTRY by
the same or similar figure?  And, what can we learn from analog?  I've owned
TWO hand-held TV sets -- they cost double digits these days -- and I have
yet to hear of a business behind that field either.  EVEN ON THE HARDWARE
SIDE.  Seems to me that a separate unit with DTV reception would be more
useful than an integrated phone/DTV set.  After all, isn't one of the
purposes of TV sets to distract one while somebody on the other end blathers
on and on?

As my eight grade English teacher would say: that's a sentence fragment
trying to do the job of a paragraph.

comfortably in my shirt pocket and has a 10 inch hi res screen."

On what planet?  You must have one big shirt pocket.  Where would you fit
the keyboard?  GPS and cameras come with cell phones, so that's one unit.
You could today add a pocket pc with navigation.  You're just daydreaming:
there is no market for such a device, and strong contraindications.

Wouldn't it be better to have the whole thing implanted into you?  Put the
speaker on the thumb of your right hand, the microphone on the little finger
(like you're pantomining that you're on the phone) the camera could be
connected to one of your optic nerves, and the video screen could be work on
the other optic nerve.  And, it would be useable even if you were
descamisado (shirtless.)  Still, no market.
