Apple also offers the G5 iMac, where the computer is integrated in the display, and the eMac, the last of the CRT-based "eggs" modeled after the original iMac. While integration may or may not be perceived as an advantage - just ask Bert - Apple now gives you the option at affordable price points. You no longer need to buy a Powermac Workstation with expansion slots, if you want an external monitor. And the ability to attach the Mini to LCD Panel TVs and new HD ready monitors is fueling speculation that Apple is about to launch an assault on the family room.
