In the quote of the Betamax decision that I provided, this specific
point was addressed, Adam, so I don't need to defend it. We're only
talking about copying EITHER for immediate time-shift recording, OR for
multiple viewings. I'm not expanding that discussion at all.
F'rinstance, I'm not saying that PVRs should have the capability to
shoot bullets, even though the 2nd Amendment might allow for that.
