[opendtv] Looking to do picture-quality analysis testing

A client would like to do some HD PQA testing. Source material would
have to be uplinked to AMC-5 (79 degrees W) and downlinked from 82
degrees W and 121 degrees W. The client would provide receivers.
Anyone have an HD PQA or know of someone who does who could do this?
