Equivalent in terms of duplication of coverage to fixed outdoor antennas? 
Equivalent in terms of duplication of coverage to fixed indoor antennas? 
Equivalent in terms of duplication of portable and/or mobile service?  Only 
one operational DTV service fits all of those criteria, and ATSC ain't it.
