Not quite.
Downlink is OFDMA. Uplink is single-carrier, frequency divided. To
provide the frequency re-use for downlink bit rates as high as ~100
Mb/s, cell sizes have to be smaller than 3G cells.

- By sending a message to: opendtv-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word
unsubscribe in the subject line.
