[opendtv] Italian DTT to be freeview

According to http://www.dgtvi.it/stat/Aree_All_Digital/Page1.html, 17 
February update, it looks like Italian DTT is going the way of UK and German 
DTT: 28 program channels, freeview.

Also, all programs will include their original language sound track.

There had been some speculation about pay TV previously, so this might put 
some minds at ease. The mention of the 15 March 2006 analog cutoff date, for 
the main cities in the two initial regions, seems to have been dropped. 
Deliberate or oversight?
