Teleview (www.teleview.co.kr) makes PCI modulator boards for $2k. They
also have a common programming API (if you can write VB code you can
manipulate the board) across all boards (modulators, ASI
injectors, etc.). Not sure how that differs from what ComputerModules
offers - I believe ComputerModules repackages (some of) the Teleview boards.
