We met with LG twice about the availability of 5th gen receivers and 
were under the impression that they would be available in the first 
quarter with Hisense delivering in the 4th quarter of 2004.

Neither is happening and Hisense will be using ATI. So something has 
happened and we are speculation what. What I am told by those I can not 
mention is that ATI's latest chip is better and cheaper. Thats OK with 
me if I can get one to test.
