This has to be the only list where people agree but want to sound like they

Check out my original quote, with the>>> marks, and that's what I concluded

And the corollary to that is, if the transition to 24/30/60 is "too hard," 
because the production chain is too hard to convert, then I'm not sure how that 
can be pinned on the ATSC standard.

If the ATSC added those oddball rate as options, who were they responding to?
