This gets murky very quickly.It actually is NTSC color, but is being displayed as field sequential color. Not the CBS standard, it is FSC at NTSC scan rates. 60 RBG fields
per second so only 20 complete color pictures. The TV is a 12 inch B&W Philco 50T-1403 from 1950. It receives NTSC, but the chroma is picked off at the video detectorand feeds a 1955 Col-R-Tel convertor mounted on the right of the cabinet. The wheel is 30 inches in diameter and spins at 600 RPM.
