I lived in East Lansing between 1965 & 1975.  It's still one of my 
favorite towns in the known universe.  I also used to know a fine young 
woman there named Starre J.  But I suppose that is not who/what you meant.

I think there was also a bar named Starr's B&T.

Anyway, fine city.  I miss the Red Cedar ducks.  ;-)
