Oh knowledgeable one. Exactly when did the Supremes cancel the must carry rules?
FYI in 1992 Congress passed the cable (re-regulation) Act , which gave broadcasters the option to choose between existing Must Carry regs, and re-transmission consent (which was part of the legislation).
