[opendtv] Re: EU 'set to demand Italian DTV refund'

Not applicable here, for two reasons.
1) Neither DirecTV nor Dish offer a "free" tier of service. Sky both in Italy and in the UK does, therefore they may have a legitimate beef. 

2) The subsidies in the US are going to consumers, not broadcasters.
