PAL-M: 3.5761149 MHz
PAL-N: 3.58205625 MHz

FYI, the NTSC-N that used to be broadcast in Barbados was 3.585937.

Also FYI, the 1964 SECAM western-hemisphere proposals were as follows:
M - unmodulated red: 3.493007, unmodulated blue: 3.382867
N - unmodulated red: 3.5, unmodulated blue: 3.390625
