Which has always been one of my doubts about SFNs, from day 1. You are creating this very deliberate strong echo problem and layering it on top of what is, in some locations, already a difficult reception environment. You know going in that it's going to cause reception problems for some people, just like any readjustment of the spectrum. Like when analog went off the air. But the Brazil ensembles do include many echoes, typically, except for Brazil E which is just three strong paths. Brazil D has multiple other echoes, and a good strong one at about 6 usec.
