These numbers presumably are for the entire D* System, including Mexico and So 
America....
Latest D* Press Release still says 1500 LIL HD and 150 National HD.....

But they've always been vague as to whether this is System Wide or only for 
US/CAN.
And they don't give a time zone breakdown....so maybe it's 50 apiece across 3 
US timezones...or maybe less if the 150 includes Mexico and So America.
