WASHINGTON - Broadcasters along the U.S.-Mexico border fear they will be at
a competitive disadvantage when the U.S. switches to digital television in
2009 because residents can still pick up Mexican stations on old TV sets.

I'd say that it's just a "Texas" story.  Not a hint of it going on here in
Southern California.  And, it has about as much chance of succeeding as
legislation as does making pi equal to 6.
