What is the history of the 30 ft mast test? I have thought it was a=20
standard FCC test during analog years.

Was it part of the design of 8-VSB? Did the FCC incorporate words to the =

effect that a 30 ft mast test was integral to whether a modulation was=20
acceptable?

I have always thought it was.
