[opendtv] Re: Demand for free DTV rising in Australia

You've got to be kidding.  Nothing is "neutral" when proponents sit on the
panels that evaluates their proposals. 

What ATSC (and other SDOs) guarantee is due process.  If you you can find
any neutrality pledge, please point us to it!
