Good to see that markets operate as one would expect them to. More
volume, here in the US, means lower prices. (HDMI is essentially
available in all HDTV sets now, over here, and virtually all HDTV sets
are 16:9.)

The exchange rate as of yesterday is 1.182461 AUD to the USD. I'll
interject some local prices of equivalent integrated sets, as they are
selling today in the US, with AUD shown in parentheses. I'm using Best
Buy prices, but Circuit City and Costco are typically close. And all the
US versions also have integrated ATSC receiver.
