[opendtv] Re: Demand for free DTV rising in Australia

Tom;

MyHd, b2c2 and the dongle both have 'dvr-like' recoding capabilities.

I have a Philips 19db gain amplified antenna. I don't reorient it, except
when it falls out of the window, in which is precariously placed. I don't
giggle it ever, otherwise.

It doesn't get all my available DTV channels, however. There are three
local tx sites: I can only get the signals from one, but I get all signals
there (3) without any giggling. Hence, low-hanging fruit.

John

John -

So you have a VCR or PVR setup doing some sort of automatic timer
recording and only a single antenna, right? Do you have to manually
rotate that antenna ahead of recording or do all your timer recordings
come from stations available from one single antenna direction?
