Most AMP outputs have noise/hum, although at a fairly low level.  Would Hackers 
care?
If so, wouldn't be too hard for a semi-skilled Hacker to figure out internal 
connections for
his multichannel capture board.  Lip sync?  Probably no worse than "standard" 
HDTV...
 
I know this, you know this, most of us know this.
But the knuckle headed lawyers would like to think that THEY are in charge....

That's impossible. You need preamp outputs for separate amplifiers, or
multiple amplifiers, or, a killer, external electronic crossovers.

THE killer to this idea is the fact that you can use the speaker outputs
as analog inputs to some other device.
