We were told that some early generation ATSC STBs didn't like anything other
than 384 for it's audio bitrate, so we run 384 for our HD's 5.1 and also 384
for our SD's 2.0. On both services we also run a secondary audio channel
that is encoded as mono at 192.
These are all bitrates for the AC-3 compression.
