[opendtv] Re: Compare and contrast to MSTV's 1999 position/testing

I probably shouldn't say this, but I think you might be suprised to find out 
that in early 2009 your cheesebox is capable of mobile reception, just 
incapable of finding and processing the mobile bits.

But, I could be wrong.
