[opendtv] Certifications?

I am doing the training budget for my new employer in the interactive
TV/video area.  They are big on certifications and I am not up on
what's out there.

Any suggestions?  Some basic MPEG-2/H.264 classes would be good, as
well as basics of television video.  Are there certifications that
cover this?
