I'm not sure. Here is a spectrum analyzer pic with the 4 element VHF antenna taken on 6/15. 
The tilt looks more severe in this one.
In the later pics dated 6/19 and 6/20 the only difference at the receive end is the LO-VHF 10 bay antenna.
