[opendtv] Re: Boeing Patent Shuts Down AMC-14 Lunar Flyby Salvage Attempt

Seems a little kooky, since the method would be practiced at least in part
outside the United States and its territories.  In my opinion Boeing might
find it hard to establish jurisdiction for any patent suit.
