The DBS installation people also do OTA installations, if asked to. At
least, in some markets. We have many cases of this over here. My
brother-in-law in Albuquerque is also an example.

The EPG is a non-issue. The OTA and DBS EPGs are merged seamlessly by
the DBS company.

I would expect an OTA broadcaster to be encouraging this rather than
trying to come up with reasons why it shouldn't be done.
