You would be incorrect about this. Please excuse my misuse of the 
acronyms. I'll drop the hyphen if it makes you feel better John.

Neither spec is complete nor approved by the respective forums. There 
are still major issues to be decided for both as I outlined 
yesterday. There were meetings of both "forums" in June in Europe to 
discuss these issues; I have not heard of any announcements from 
either camp indicating that these issues have been resolved.

The DRM spec is a work in progress, as are the entire specs for both. 
I talked this week with an attorney that is working on the DRM 
issues. They ARE NOT resolved.

But you have said nothing that changes what I wrote yesterday.
