[opendtv] Re: BBC Demonstrates HDTV Broadcasts over SD Channels

I can play them on a computer and possibly on my Avel LinkPlayer, though
that one has some issues with MS DRM and I haven't tried. The titles I
have are Coral Reef, Standing in the Shadows of Motown, and Terminator
2. You can look up the studios from that. I think even the rentals at
Blockbuster are likely to have the 2nd disc if you are curious.

I actually have never played the T2 disc since I ran out of patience
with the non-functional phone-home DRM before getting it to work. But I
had a fairly early copy and others have since made it work, at least
sometimes. I personally just decided to boycot that sort of copy
protection, even though I'd already paid for it. I won't buy any more
of them.

But they do exist. ;-)
