The article mentions a 4000 fps rate, but someone has probably made a
careless confusion with the number of lines per frame.
In this article, they do not mention the target bitrate, but another
article (http://www.bulletins-electroniques.com/actualites/42952.htm, a
french translation of a japanese text) mentions a 1/100 to 1/200
compression factor.
With UHDTV native bitrate at 26 Gbps or so, it would mean130 Mbps in the
most favorable case.
That pushes the numerology even more. Would 1080p not appear as a mild
and affordable thing in comparison ? :-)
In case someone is wondering, i am NOT craving for UHDTV in my living room.
