Did you read what you posted?

The patent appears to address actions that might be invoked if a phone is stolen or lost and a thief attempts to jailbreak the phone in order to thwart security measures that are in place to protect the owner.

Looks like you bought this anti-Apple fanboy's attack hook line and sinker...
