It's a sign of an overly partisan treatise, mostly aimed at, and successful with, the already-devout. Adobe has a decent business model, where they charge for the encoders, but provide the readers free of charge. They have become a de facto industry standard. That's all that matters. Customers are completely justified in bitching to Apple if Apple's i products don't support Flash, no matter what their odd excuses about "efficiency." Push came to shove, Apple did find a way to run Microsoft Office software in their PC-like devices, yes? So it's not like they don't understand the concept of running popular applications on their devices. For some reason, they have a bug up their *ss about this one. Instead of making incessant excuses for Apple, their customers should get a backbone and make their wishes understood. Rather than march to the tune, lemming-like.
