Another Wireless PC-to-TV Idea

Watching Internet video on your living room TV shouldn't be hard. The 
stuff already plays on your laptop, so why not just connect your 
laptop to your TV? A new $99 gadget called Veebeam, introduced a few 
days ago, promises to make that easy to do.

I haven't had a chance to test Veebeam personally, but the product 
comes with a pedigree. The VP of marketing, Patrick Cosson, has a 
track record of hot consumer gadgets, first with the Squeezebox music 
player and then with the Vudu TV console that plays movies on demand. 
Veebeam is a video player designed for simplicity rather than piling 
on the features. The idea is: If it plays on your PC, it plays on 
your TV.
