I can't think of anyone I know locally who shops at BB. They are
complete and utter a****les and treat customers like idiots.
I had to fight tooth and nail with two of their 'sales people' attempt
to get a cheap TV for upstairs viewing (we wanted something small and
cheap). Their attitude either seems to be - youre buying something cheap
so I'm not dealing with you (and they try to ignore you) - or - you're
an idiot for wanting that small tv and I'm only going to sell you
something more expensive.
I've also found them to go so far as to lie to the customer to sell them
something more expensive. We got a lot of 'the PQ for DVDs is much
better on this 50"+ plasma than it is for that small progressive scan CRT'.
Anyway in frustration we gave up and I purchased exactly what I wanted
on eBay (and the guy hand delivered it!) -- never shopping there again!
Cheers
Kon
