But not just in rapid motion.  One can see major color problems in still
motion video and is particularly prevalent in graphics, especially those
with brighter/saturated colors (less luminance relationship) and with
rounded edges.  Color is quite blocky.  Going to 4:2:2 is a major
improvement over 4:2:0, in my opinion.
